  • sachet of KetoDiet chicken or beef protein soup (whichever you prefer) 1
  • sunflower seeds 2 tbsp for pesto + 1 tbsp to decorate
  • water 100 ml
  • wholemeal couscous 50 g
  • zucchini 1/2
