Ingredients
- courgette 100 g
- fresh baby spinach a handful of
- KetoDiet bacon flavour protein omelette 1 portion
- mushrooms 50 g
- oil accodring to taste
- parmesan grated
- pepper according to taste
- pumpkin 100 g
- salt according to taste
Method
Chop the courgette, pumpkin and mushrooms into pieces. Tip them into a pan with some oil in and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spinach leaves. Following the instructions on the packet, prepare the KetoDiet protein omelette. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pan with a lid, place in the oven and bake at 180°C for 5-10 minutes.
