Method
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until you have a smooth dough. Place in the fridge and leave to rest for an hour. Take the dough out and roll it into a thin log. Cut the log into 5 cm-wide slices and using your hands, shape them into crescents. Transfer onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Bake in a preheated oven (160°C) for 15 minutes.
Our tip: Whilst still hot, coat the crescents with the soya milk powder.
