Spring curd cheese by KetoMartina

Ingredients

  • chive 50 g
  • cream cheese 100 g
  • full-fat curd cheese 150 g
  • pepper to taste
  • radishes 150 g
  • salt to taste
Gluten free

Method

Chop the radishes into small pieces and mix together with the curd cheese and cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives. Stir some into the spread and sprinkle the rest on top. Our dietician Martina Dvořáková recommends serving the spread on a slice of protein bread.
