Simmered zucchini with dill
- 1 portions
- 15 minutes
- Gluten free
- dill handful
- herb spice according to taste
- salad cucumber 1/2
- zucchini as needed
Fry the clove of garlic and the grated pieces of zucchini on a drop of olive oil. We ad water and simmer it under the lid for about 10 minutes Season it to taste with spices, add dill and simmer it for another 10 minutes untile the zucchini becomes soft. Ladle from the food on the plates and we may add cucumber salad.
