Sauce of spinach and basil

Ingredients

  • black pepper according to taste
  • fresh basil handful
  • garlic 5 g
  • green spinach 150 g
  • KetoDiet Fusilli protein pasta 1 portion
  • lemon juice according to taste
  • olive oil 10 ml
  • parmesan 10 g
  • salt according to taste

Method

On the spoon of a rapesed oil fry the crushed garlic only for a minute. Add the torn or cut spinach with basil. The other ingredients you should only heat ans sprinkle with cheese. Pour the sauce on the cooked KetoDiet Protein pasta FUSILLI.
