Rinse and dry the salmon fillet. Heat the oven to 180 °C. Slice the zucchini to about 1 cm thick slices.
Put the salmon and zucchini on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 - 30 min.
Meanwhile, prepare the dip from yoghurt, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. After roasting, serve the fish together with the zucchini on a plate. Dip the zucchini slices in the yoghurt dip.
