Salad with salmon skewers

Ingredients

  • cherry tomatoes 100 g
  • dill - fresh chopped according to taste
  • green pepper according to taste
  • lemon juice from 1 pc
  • lettuces according to taste
  • olive oil 50 ml
  • pepper ground according to taste
  • salad cucumber 1 pc
  • salmon 400 g
  • salt as needed
  • small zucchini 1 pc

Method

Take the salmon fillets, salt and spice it then cut them into cubes. The vegetables should be cut into bigger pieces.

Pin the fish on skewers or on toothpicks and roast it quickly.

Grill the vegetables until they become gold for about 10 minutes.

Dressing: mix yoghurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices.

Put the hot salad on the plates, add .... or iced salad and add a few drops of yoghurt dressing.
