Method
Take the salmon fillets, salt and spice it then cut them into cubes. The vegetables should be cut into bigger pieces.
Pin the fish on skewers or on toothpicks and roast it quickly.
Grill the vegetables until they become gold for about 10 minutes.
Dressing: mix yoghurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices.
Put the hot salad on the plates, add .... or iced salad and add a few drops of yoghurt dressing.
