  • oatmeal 120 g (for müsli)
  • pear 2 large
  • pecan nuts 50 g
  • pecan nuts 100 g of nuts according to taste (walnut, pecan, cashew ...) (for müsli)
  • pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon (for müsli)
