Method
Pour about a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the crushed or sliced garlic and gently fry for 1 minute. Add torn or chopped spinach and basil leaves. Drizzle with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over some lemon zest and gently cook for a short while. For the pasta, cook the bag of KetoDiet protein FUSILLI pasta in 400ml of water for 6-7 minutes. Once ready, mix the pasta with the vegetables from the pan. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and dry-roasted pumpkin seeds.
