Method
Take the chilled boiled potatoes and cut into cubes, add chopped cooked root vegetables, peas, cucumber.
Dilute the yoghurt with a spoonful of the preservative liquid for cucumber , add the mustard
according to taste (about 1 teaspoon), salt and spice it. Mix it into the salad.
We carefully stir it and leave in the refrigerator.
