Clean the pork tenderloin. Cut them with a sharp knife in a way that there small pockets are created. Then we salt it and fill with plums. Take the tenderloins and wrap them into dried ham and fry them from each sides on oil in a pan, hen we place them into the casserole and we let them bake in the oven on 190°C about 10 minutes. Keep it in warm. Pour some flour to the gravy in a pan and whisk it, we add the broth. We cook this mixture for about 5 minutes and then we soften it with curd and also add salt and spices.
We may add vegetables and as for garnish rice would be suitable.
