mixed green leaves (rocket, Romaine lettuce, lamb’s lettuce...)1 handful
olive oil2 tbsp (for mayonnaise)
soured cream1 tbsp (for mayonnaise)
Cook the protein pasta as per instructions and set aside. Chop the pepper, cucumber and radishes and mix them with the leaf salad and pasta. Drizzle with the mayonnaise that you have made by mixing the soured cream, olive oil, salt and pepper. Garnish the salad with some parsley or herbs and serve.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to have the mayonnaise in Step 1 of your diet plan, cut down the permitted volume of milk by half (= 1dcl) on that day.
