- broccoli as needed
- champignons as needed
- KetoDiet omelette 1 pc
- olive oil as needed
- salad cucumber according to taste
Method
Prepare protein omelet according to the instruction on the packaging and stir it then also cut broccoli into the bowl. Stir it thoroughly and on the drop of olive oil fry the omelet until it becomes gold. Fry the mushrooms on the pan and add to the omelet on the plate. Cut cucumber salad might be added. You may decorate your breakfast, lunch and dinner up to your taste.
