Ingredients

  • apple 70 g
  • chia seeds 10 g
  • mint according to taste
  • pear 70 g
  • salad cucumber 70 g
  • water 200 ml

Method

Peel the cucumber, apple and pear. Cut them on small pieces and season to taste with green herbs. Mix all the ingredients, chia seeds and water in the smoothie maker and pour it into glasses.
