Method
Grate the zucchini and the carrot on a soft grater. Add a whole egg, grated chia seeds, flax and finely chopped spring onion to the mixture of carrot and zucchini. Salt the whole healthy slices, also spice it and add the oat flakes. Thoroughly mix the vegetable mixture in order everything is finely mixed. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Put baking paper on the oven pan, form vegetable slices/plates from the mixture without using flavour. Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Do not forget to control the slices regularly!
