We grate the tofu on a larger grater. Mix the oatmeal softly and cut the onion on smaller pieces. Mix all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and spices (salt it only a little bit). Fry it without adding oil or butter on a teflon pan or we roast it in the oven on a baking paper. If we want it more deliciously we may add grated cheese and a few spoon of yoghurt instead of dressing.
