Egg muffins

Ingredients

  • black pepper according to taste
  • eggs 4-5 pcs
  • fresh herbs according to taste
  • rapeseed oil 1 teaspoon
  • salt according to taste
  • tomato 1 pc
  • zucchini 1/2 pc

Method

Scramble the eggs in a short time, salt, season it and add the finely chopped according to your taste. Cut the tomatoes into moon shape. We prepare the forms for the muffins (ideally from silicone) and spread oil on it. Put a tomato to the bottom and the pour it with the egg mixture. We put it into the preheated oven at 180 °C and bake it for 15 minutes. In the end you may turn the oven on the upper grill so you will have crunchy crust. Except zucchini you may try another vegetables.
