Cut KetoDiet croissants with cereals into small pieces. Put them in a bowl, pour milk over them and let them soak. Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks, add salt, pepper and grate ¼ of nutmeg. Mix with the croissants. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir well. Chop the ham, chives and spinach. Prepare a handful of almonds and cashews. Stir everything into the mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into the croissant mixture.
Pour into the cake tin and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 min. until golden. Slice after cooling. Enjoy!
