Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and courgette. Stir in the curry powder and sauté until soft. Mix the KetoDiet cheese protein soup with hot water, pour over the vegetables and cook briefly. Stir in the spinach and protein Fusilli pasta (prepared as per instructions on the packet). Pour over the coconut milk and sprinkle with coriander.
