Cucumber boats with curd

Ingredients

  • full-fat curd cheese 150 g
  • radishes 50 g
  • salad cucumber 150 g
  • salt according to taste
  • seasoning according to taste
  • watercress for decoration

Method

Clean, wash and slice the radishes finely. Cut the onion on small cubes. We thoroughly mix the radishes, onion and curd cheese than we salt and spice it. Wash the shoots are let them drain. Peel the cucumber, cut it along into two pieces. Cut both of the slices into 3 parts (in order ot get „ships“ or „half -moon“), fill them with curd cheese and sprinkle with shoots.
