We whisk a firm snow form the egg-whites, add coconut, cruushed flavor tabets and the softly grated lime crust. With the help of a small spoon or a pastry bag we form small scoops on the metal plate on which we have put baking paper. We dry it in the oven until it becomes gold on about 180°C.
