Cicer spread

Ingredients

  • chickpeas 1 cup
  • garlic 1 clove
  • olive oil few tablespoons
  • onion 1 pc (smaller)
  • salt according to taste
  • soy sauce as needed
  • turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  • wine vinegar as needed

Method

The cicer should be cooked, sieved nad let it cool down. Fry the onion on the drop of olive oil. They sprinkle it with turmeric and you can put it off the plate. Put the onion and cicer in one pot and mix thoroughly. Savor it with soy sauce and a little bit of vinegar. It is a very healthy spread that is definitely worth a try.
