Ingredients
- banana 2
- chicory syrup 1 tbsp
- cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1 tbsp
- eggs 3
- full-fat curd cheese 250 g
- KetoDiet chocolate flavour protein bars 4
- lemon juice to taste
- vanilla essence to taste
Method
Take the eggs and separate the egg yolks from the whites. In a bowl, beat together the egg yolks, vanilla essence and chicory syrup. Add the cottage cheese and 1 grated protein bar and mix thoroughly. Whisk the egg whites and gently fold into the yolk and cottage cheese mixture. Take 4 glasses and start layering the dessert in the following order: mixture – banana slices (drizzled with lemon juice to prevent them turning brown) – mixture – banana slices. Top with the remaining mixture and sprinkle with grated protein bars and cocoa powder. Place the glasses in the fridge and leave to rest for at least 1 hour.
