Method
The cauliflower should be blend in an electric grinder to the riziform. Then put it into the pan, salt it, do not add water and besides frequent stirring simmer it in covered pot on the lower temperature for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and let the excess water evaporate. The prepareation of the sushi is up to you.
