- cauliflower 1 pc
- salt as needed
Method
The cauliflower should be blend in an electric grinder to the riziform. Put the„ rice” on the pan, salt it, do not add water and besides frequent stirring simmer it in covered pot on the lower temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then remove the lid and let the excess water evaporate.
