Burgers with coriander and cauliflower puree

Ingredients

  • cauliflower 1 pc
  • chive according to taste
  • egg 1 pc
  • fresh coriander 1 branch
  • fresh ginger small piece
  • minced meat mix of beef and pork 150 g
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • salt according to taste
  • seasoning according to taste
  • spring onion 2 pcs

Method

Burgers: Minced meat – we recommend beef during the diet - well stir well with egg and chopped coriander, add dried garlic and chopped green spring onion. Peel and chop the ginger, if necessary we grate it finely, and add it to the mixture. Sal and pepper it up to your taste. We form smaller burgers which we bake on the drop of olive oil, we can also put them into the oven in a casserole with the use of a baking paper.

Cauliflower puree: cook the roses of the cauliflower until it is soft and mix it. Salt and season it, add chopped chives, that we mix it directly into the puree or sprinkle your portion.
