- zucchini 1 pc
- zucchini according to taste
The cleaned zucchini should be grated and put into a casserole in which you spread garlic. You may add your favourite herbs. The mixture for the protein omelet mix according to the instructions, add water to it and whisk it with an eggbeater. Then pour it to the casserole with the zucchini. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and let it bake for half an hour.
