We whisk firm snow form the egg-whites, grind the almond soft and carefully mix it to the vanilla flavoured protein drink mixture. With the help of a small spoon or a pastry bag we create small scoops on the metal plate on which we have already put baking paper on it. On the top of the scoops you may put a piece of almond. We dry it in the oven until it becomes gold on about 180°C.
