Jirka is a hard worker and an incredibly inspiring person. He graduated from the Faculty of Sports Studies at Masaryk University in Brno. He was brought to nutrition by an illness that forced him to change his diet from the ground up. He found out for himself that good-quality diet and health go hand in hand. He enjoys sports and you can often see him in the Pardubice gym where he does CrossFit.

I am actively interested in healthy lifestyle (food, exercise, sleep as well as mind and working with breath). In KetoDiet, I am in charge of new products. Not only their taste is important, but also their ingredients, nutritional values and quality. So, if you don’t like something, it’s my fault (laughs).
