For Step 1 of your diet plan, you will need

So the convenient pack put together by us or the drink-only option is still not what you are looking for? Not a problem. You can create your own diet made up of protein meals and drinks of your choice to suit your taste.

If you do decide to create your own diet for Step 1, however, it is important that your daily carbohydrate intake does not exceed 30g.

To make sure that your body enters the state of ketosis without any problems, drink at least 2 protein drinks in various flavors (including protein coffee or smoothie) a day and do not combine together protein bars, protein croissants, protein mash and tomato noodle protein soup in a single day, i.e. have only 1 of these meals in one day (due to their slightly higher carbohydrate content).

CREATE YOUR OWN DIET

For Step 2 of your diet plan, choose from the following options

Just like in Step 1, you can design your own diet in Step 2 too. Pick 84 portions according to your tastes and preferences.

Just bear in mind that your daily carbohydrate intake in Step 2 shouldn’t exceed 50g.

Make sure that your daily diet in all three steps contains plenty of permitted types of vegetables, selected types of fruit and healthy fats. For the full list of permitted foods in each step please go to What will I be eating.

Permitted types of vegetables (up to 500g), selected types of fruit and healthy fats can be consumed at any time of the day. You can combine the individual meals as you wish. Just be careful when it comes to the protein bars, protein mash and tomato soup - you should have only one of these meals in a single day as they contain more carbohydrates than the other KetoDiet meals.
