We have great news for anyone who can’t do without baked products. Enjoy this fluffy protein baguette packed with protein and fibre. Low intake of carbohydrates will not jeopardise your body shape. You can have the baguette in your ordinary menu or eat it right from Step 1 of diet plans. You can have it with butter, add some herbs and garnish with cucumber, radish, or slices of avocado.

Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 3 days.

Our tip: 

From Step 2 of your diet you can enjoy a sweet variant of the Protein Baguette and use a healthy version of sugar-free Nutella. If you prefer salted variants, you can try spring spread by KetoMartina. Alternatively, you can spread some cottage cheese on the baguette and garnish it with slices of quality ham.

In Step 3, it is definitely worth trying our lentils spread or smoked salmon and spring onion spread.
