Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl or shaker. Add 100 – 120ml cold water and using a whisk or a blender stir thoroughly until mixed well. Pour the mixture into a hot frying pan with a drop of oil. Fry for 2 minutes. Once the bottom of the omelette is starting to set, lift it carefully with a spatula, fold it in half and fry for 1 more minute.
