What can I put on my slice of KetoDiet protein bread?
In the1st step of your KetoDiet plan, you can thinly spread your slice with some butter, sprinkle with chopped chives and garnish with slices of radish.
Those of you with a sweet tooth can enjoy a sugar-free chocolate spread in the 2nd step of your diet plan. It tastes like heaven! Alternatively, you can spread some cottage cheese on the bread and garnish it with slices of ham.
Step 3 of the plan allows you to experiment as much you like. You can try eggs, ripened cheese, ham, cottage cheese or hard cheese. Or how about trying out a simple spread recipe by our dietician Martina Dvořáková? Mix together some curd cheese, normal cheese and chopped radishes. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
